Glasgow International College (GIC) offers degree preparation courses in partnership with the University of Glasgow, and is integrated into the University campus.
This International College in Scotland, which celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2017, allows you to experience student life in Glasgow, living and learning on the University campus, while equipping you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in your degree.

My degree preparation course really helped me improve my knowledge of my subject, and other key skills such as how to lead and how to work well in groups. There are great facilities here, and the level of teaching is really good.
I think the one-to-one sessions I have with my personal tutor are very useful. They give me a chance to focus on my academic strengths, answer any questions I may have, and help me to overcome any weaknesses.

GIC is situated in the leafy West End of Glasgow, attached to the University campus and a short distance from the city centre. The location acts as a great base from which to explore the city’s attractions, and for trips into Scotland’s stunning natural landscapes.

I am responsible for your student experience, ensuring there are great facilities and excellent learning opportunities at the College. I am delighted you are considering Glasgow International College, and we will support you as you prepare to become a University of Glasgow student.
