How to apply to UK courses

We’ve made the UK university application process as simple as possible, with 4 stages:

  1. Complete your application form, and send us your supporting documents. Our staff or your Kaplan representative can give you guidance on anything you need.
  2. We’ll review your application, and get back to you within 24 hours with an offer if you’re successful.
  3. Once you’ve accepted your offer, we’ll advise you on how to pay your deposit (the first instalment of your tuition fee) using Flywire, our secure online payment portal, and book your accommodation.
  4. Finally, once we have received the deposit, and you have satisfied all conditions of your offer (if there are any), we’ll send you confirmation documents and a CAS statement, allowing you to apply for a visa if needed.

We can also recommend a trusted local agent if you’d like extra support.

Application deadlines

There are no application deadlines as we offer start dates throughout the year, but we advise you to apply to UK courses as early as possible. This will allow enough time for your student visa to be processed, and for you to secure accommodation.
