When I began my college search, I was looking at American universities with strong petroleum engineering programs. Oman’s Minister of Petroleum is a graduate of TU, so it is well known there. I was also impressed that TU has a Muslim Prayer House– it’s one of only a few US universities to have one on campus.
TU’s size was a really important reason why I chose to come here. I know the advantage of being able to really know your teachers. I’m also a big fan of basketball, football and soccer, so TU has everything I want in a university.
