The college services staff at The University of Nottingham International College will strive to ensure you feel welcome and comfortable. Their help will start even before you arrive, and will continue until you go on to university.
We’re here to help students on their educational journey, providing the support they need to succeed. Studying abroad is a hugely exciting experience in life, and we’ll do everything we can to make it rewarding and memorable.
Our student support begins before you even set foot in the UK. We’ll send you a useful pre-arrival guide, packed with information about British life and what you should bring with you. We’ll also be ready to answer any of the questions you have before you begin your studies abroad.
The College staff will be ready to help you settle in from the moment you arrive, and can even come and pick you up from the airport. They’ll help you get to your new home, and make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need.
Once you have accepted your offer to study with us, you can book your airport transfers by filling in the form in the pre-arrival area.
Your first week will provide you with a great opportunity to make friends, meet your teachers and get to know the College staff, even before your classes start. There will be plenty of events to take part in, and you can get help with practical matters such as setting up a bank account and registering with a doctor.
There will be many social activities organised by the College during your studies, including sporting events, day trips and skills workshops. These will provide you with a great chance to make friends and experience what the UK has to offer, so we encourage you to get involved!
You can make the most of stylish, comfortable accommodation, situated within easy reach of the College and The University of Nottingham campus.
